About SEO Web Boss

SEO Web Boss is a managed SEO content service for local businesses — real estate agents, home services, clinics, and professional practices. We work as a contracted agency: our clients hire us to research, write, and publish search content for their business.

How we work with a client

• We research the market for the client’s service area and propose topics. A person at the client’s business chooses which ones to pursue.
• We draft the content. Drafting is AI-assisted and always reviewed — the first post for every client is held for human review before anything can be published, and that is enforced in our publishing pipeline, not left to a setting.
• The client approves. They can edit or reject any post. After the first post they may choose to let subsequent posts publish on a schedule, and they can pause or change that at any time.
• We publish to the client’s own domain. The blog lives on their website, not ours. They own the content.
• We report results from the client’s own Google Analytics and Search Console, so every number can be checked against the source.

Third-party accounts and consent

Where a client wants their content shared to their Google Business Profile or another channel, the client connects that account themselves and approves the permissions on that provider’s own consent screen. We never access a profile that has not been explicitly authorised by its owner, we act only on behalf of the business that granted access, and consent can be withdrawn at any time — from the client’s own account settings with that provider, or from ours.

We do not operate, own, or manage Business Profiles of our own through this service. Everything we publish is published for a client, on their instruction, to a profile they control.

Compliance

Several of the industries we serve are regulated. We render the disclosures a client’s state and profession require on every page, screen every draft before it can be published, and route anything sensitive to a person. The client remains the publisher of record.

Who runs it

SEO Web Boss is operated by Robert Hanson from Scottsdale, Arizona. It is a small, deliberately hands-on operation — the person who builds the service is the person who answers your email.
